Once we have an agreement in place, we will provide you with a Pixel to add to your Google Tag Manager container. You will also need to inform your CRM team that we are working together. We integrate with platforms like Acteol, Airship, Adobe, Eagle Eye, Zonal POS, Savvy, and more! Plus, if they do not currently integrate with your CRM, we can quickly set that up. Next, we will need your brand guidelines, marketing calendar, and a few creative assets. We will recommend some starter campaigns, and you will be up and running in no time! From there, we can review performance, explore more campaign ideas, and add additional integrations as needed.

Guestwise works best for brands with 20+ locations, established email automations, active paid social campaigns, and solid web traffic. Our platform is built to enhance your existing digital strategy—think of us as a plug-in, not a CRM or website builder.

If you run into any issues, just reach out to the team via email or WhatsApp so we can help with troubleshooting. We provide support 365 days a year for emergencies, and during working hours always have a person you can talk to for routine issues or enquiries.

It really depends how big your brand is, and your existing marketing capabilities and activities already. Our pricing is roughly based on 10% of new revenue generated. So if you have venues where we can add £1,000 a month in incremental visits and sign ups, the charges would be £100 per venue per month.

Absolutely! We are pretty flexible, and do not want to force people work with us - so just ask for four weeks notice to off-board any subscription customer. If you aren’t getting the value you expected from using the platform, we would never hold you back!
